Hadassah Estee Davis CCIA President is a gifted and talented Licensed Cosmetologist for over 30 years. A third generation Hairstylist, Beauty Professional and Entrepreneur.

She is an anointed Evangelist, Psalmist, Praise Leader, and Prophetic Intercessor, and is currently a member of Second Baptist Church, Monrovia, Pastor Christopher A. Bourne.

Estee is licensed minister of the Gospel who attended Frederick K. C. Price School of Ministry Los Angeles and a graduate of Mount Pleasant Bible Academy, North Carolina Founder, Bishop and Pastor Varnie Fullwood.

Estee is a single mother of three sons who are all HBCU graduates Doniven, James, and Jahde’. A proud grandmother of Isaiah Adon. She has a passion for education and life-long learning.

The Christian Cosmetology International Association (CCIA) aims to share the gospel in the beauty industry. We support beauty professionals and promote a faith-based community. Our goals include offering training that connects biblical teachings, creating a supportive network, and encouraging professionals to reflect God's beauty in their work. Through these efforts, we seek to positively impact the industry and empower individuals to live out their faith in the marketplace.

By integrating the principles of faith with vocational practices, we encourage our members to see their work as a ministry. The beauty industry has the unique ability to uplift, transform, and serve, and through our collective efforts, we build a community that not only enhances skills and artistry but also fosters spiritual growth.

Established 38 years ago on a solid foundation of prayer and biblical principles passed down three generations that began with mother Thelma Adams, to daughter Stella, and granddaughter Estee, who are all licensed Cosmetologists.
